It didn't matter whether Martin was a thug or a priest
BS. It goes to the very heart of whether Zimmerman acted in self-defense.

If Martin were a "priest," the defense would have a much harder time establishing reasonable doubt considering the circumstances.
Murder trials don't depend on the guilt or innocence of the victims. Ask OJ about it.
Nice try, but OJ didn't claim self-defense.
