The same scenario happened with BAY 18 months ago when it started to decline.At that time rumours were coming out that LU was interested in BAY.That turned out to be false and after having reached 35 on that rumour,BAY resumed its decline all the way down to 15.I think ASND will not be acquired by LU,and there will be more downside risk here.It will retest its low of 22,and if it doesn't hold there expect to see the teens.This is an exact repeat of BAY.I would not jump in yet.Wait till the dust settles,and watch out for their earnings next month.Even though ASND say they feel comfortable with Dec qtr,whats more important is what will be said in the conference call going forward to the next qtr.
