I never said that. You are putting words in my mouth. Who is objective? You? How about we go with the opinion of the majority of people?

No, intent is the most important reason, and the fraud is all but non existent.

Not in reality? You need to go look at the legislation being passed by Republican State legislatures across the country. The laws taking abortion and other health rights away from women has sky rocketed. It is breath taking. They are even passing abortion laws they know are unconstitutional e.g. North Dakota and saying "we don't care what the law is>!

Republican's are trying to outlaw abortion by any means they can.
