1 - Are you trying to claim this has anything to do with the post your replying to? It doesn't.

2 - Yes. Spending will very slightly decrease after a huge increase, remaining permanently at a higher level then before.

No, it isn't big enough. We should entirely eliminate the Ag Dept and everything in its budget.

TANF is used to buy drugs and alcohol and the cards are also being used in strip clubs and bars.
