Just one example of laws reflecting socially determined practice which selects out for itself ethical or immoral standard relative to their time. What you may consider divine inspired is just a natural desire to differentiate from former enemy's practices, the pagan Romans & Greeks. Yet in the Christian practice we find them emulating the Egyptian exactly and that god of judgement you say is inescapable is also originates clearly in those Egyptian & Persian ideas, not of Biblical origin.

That goes for the idea of the resurrection as well, sourced purely from Egyptian & Persian that these confused & fumbling primitive Hebrews, trying to uplift themselves, incorporating from these earlier dominating and more sophisticated, established beliefs, when finally cobbling their own scripturual beliefs together around 500-300bc.

As for abortion & marriage issues, birth & legitimacy, societies with patrilineal inheritance, controlled female sexuality is natural offshoot designed for eliminating any threat to an ordered transmission of property and power. Its patriarchal rule that leads to all this criminalization & far from being "divine" these beliefs have more to do with material inheritance, goods & control of the Church. In contrast, systems where property are transmitted matrialineally, the concept of illegitimacy does not exist

Whether a fetus is to be afforded special status on moral grounds because of religious doctrine, again the issue was always one of control and an appeal to guilt as a substitution for reason. The real difficulty comes in where the Church runs into problems with an extreme absolutist posture regarding contraception & its catechism which hysterical fundies that could never think for themselves, latch onto.

What kind of morality brings unwanted children into the world? An insane morality, dedicated to its own threatened self preservation, posturing as a "morality".

Burial of the body intact vs cremation was the purpose of the Egyptian pyramid entombment . You have 5000yrs of tradition here including the journey of the soul into the afterlife to face judgment , where do you see anything original in Christianity?

(That Moses written into the Old Testament was an Egyptian alright, far more than you know)
