Al, Thanks for the post. I see exactly what you are saying about the run ups before the announcements, I agree. I did want to get back in around the $22-23 level. If that happens then great I've got a greatly undervalued stock on my hands. If not, then there are plently of undervalued stocks out there. In regards to my luck lately, well the last two weeks have been pretty shitty in fact. I got in big on a bitechnoligy stock by the name of Anesta (NSTA), developed a "Breakthrough" cancer drug called "Aqtiq", pre-approval from an FDA advisory panel voted 19-0 for Approval!!!, Got in @ $20 . Was blown away and amazed as everyone else was when it wasn't approved!!!, Dropped to $12.75 the same day!!!, one week later NSTA is back up to about $ 16.50. Also just got in big into Cirrus Logic @ $ 13.00, moving nicely two days later.

regards,

TT

All: Hows this for some thoughts on the recent down trend.

I just got a phone call from my brother Phil. He spends quite a bit of time on analysis, just like the rest of you, I'm sure. Me, no!, I don't. I analyze all day a work, thank you.<VBG>

Phil says that, after analysis of Nextels trading cycles on a daily basis, he sees larger blocks (30,000 to 50,000 sh.) being traded in a systematic way during the day. This will tend to run the stock down, as there isn't enough buyers at the high level. So Phil and I talked, assuming his analysis was right. We decided that it had to be McCaws X. Nobody with any sense would flood the market except an x-wife who doesn't need the money, wants no part of the business, wants to hurt her X husband, who, will probably end up with a 25 year old great looking airhead that just knows how to do one thing. No, it's not cooking! Anyone care to verify or comment on this daily trend research? When will she be out of stock? Thanks.

I am on the board of a small corp., the major investors are in their late 80's. They sit around the table each month telling old peoples stories that they overhear at the club. They heard that one old guy married a girl young enough to be his grandaughter. When asked by the other guys, Why? What can you do with her? Don't you go out to eat? Your can't even keep up with her walking and she can't keep up with you talking. Why marry her? He answered: She can drive at night!

Regards:

Sleepless, in anticipation, Al
