Jim and all, I just watched a clip of Rachel Jeantel on CNN.

She looks like she's trying very hard not to speak "ebonics."

She'll probably "graduate" high school not being able to read, write, or even speak English.

Jim, remember a while back when you said a city has to go bankrupt in order to break the stranglehold by unions and their pensions?

Seems like a judge in Michigan thinks even that is "unconstitutional":

What's even better is that the judge sent a copy of her judgement to President Obama, hoping for a bailout. Cause you know, bankruptcies by the city are "unconstitutional," but begging for bailouts from outside the state are not.

Who appoints these wacko judges anyway?
