Hi Paul, I was told the 3rd high-speed line will go to North Korea. I understood it was previously designated for Ireland. Incidentally, I received a message from a broker who called Valence on Saturday and spoke with an Engineer who was very upbeat after a staff meeting with Lev Dawson. Again, I believe our reasons for buying in the 7's, 8's and 9's are still intact. I would add that solving speed limiting problems has made me more determined to direct all available funds toward owning VLNC at these levels! Regards, FMK
