The initial capital cost of the project is estimated at U.S. $13.65 million ( including a 14% contingency, 3 months working capital, pre-production operating costs and a stock of spare parts ). The average operating cost is equal to $115/oz. of gold. The dredge and all processing equipment are included in the $115. You're right, no gov't approval yet and they don't have the dredge so virtually impossible for anything to happen this year.
