Iles...i am not talking about DEFLATION...but disinflationary rewards that are not passed on to the consumers at a pace which it is received...hence a boost to corporate profits that balances the SEA short term losses....but oil will not rally substantially much like gold .( which has had every reason to from war, political turmoil, and currency crisis)...I think it was Larry Kudlow on CNBC that pointed out that this drop in oil is like a tax cut...and we all know what tax cuts do...boost corporate profits....we are also in a situation where the big bad deficit is not a problem anymore....hence there will be fewer bonds issued...hence Japan which has 2 trillion dollars of bonds that yields about 130 billion in interest will probably look for the next best thing..BIG LIQUID US STOCKS...that is about 11 billion dollars a MONTH (say it like don lapre says it...A ..M O N T H)that can go into US stocks...GRIM HAS SPOKEN...MANY WILL LISTEN...
