Did his head look like it was pounded with threat of death......didn't you hear the the ME's opinion????? You mean the incompetent Wuss with no memory? He used a book to estimated the gun and came up with 1/2 inch to 4 feet. The expert that wrote the book said 2 to 4 inch's. The expert said that contunied pounding of his head could be life threating. IMO it doesn't take an expert to come up with that.
