Glen, Annual reports do not make reference to events which occured subsequent to the end of the reported fiscal year. Thus, neither the CEO's letter, nor the "Management's Discussion..." section would contain references to anything occurring after January 31, 1997. (Are you confusing 1997 with 1998?) Yes...it would have been nice to have received some sort of addendum, perhaps in the form of a letter, which provided us with an update...but I imagine that this will be done during Monday's conference call and Friday's meeting.
