"Those are not the facts of this case and you know it."

They are as far as I'm concerned.......you want to argue race, be my guest but not with me.......

To sum it up.....a cop wannabee, breaking the rules of his own organization, carried a gun on his rounds and stalked a kid who was barely 17 years, scared the hell out of him, and when the kid turned to stand his ground and smacked him in the face (not from ambush, they confronted each other), the wannabe gets knocked on his ass and realizing he's losing the fight, draws a hidden weapon and shoots the kid in the heart..... END OF STORY....SHOOTER IS GUILTY OF AT LEAST MANSLAUGHTER...

Question....under the SYG law, if a person stands his ground and then gets an advantage on the other guy to the point of the other guy being threatened with death, can the other guy stand his ground in defense of the first guy who standing his ground.... Suppose both are armed .....who has the right to shoot?
