To my knowledge urban violence has declined drastically in some big cities The big rise was in the 1970's post LBJ's Great Society. It has been flat or down in most areas for at least a decade.. More right wing propaganda to blame ghetto culture on Obama. The prior poster wants Obama to make sweeping changes in the black urban community yet when anything minor gets proposed since Jan 20, 2009 that isn't for the benefit of the MIC, oil cartel or WS robber barons it is deemed a socialist marxist takeover by big government.
