How did the actual terms of the offer read? Was it simply the one who was closest to the actual date? In that case the last one, Belanger, will win whenever the price hits 20. It is possible that the combination of good Panretin trials plus a nice leptin deal could take the stock to 20 within a couple of weeks, but IMO, highly improbable.
