Ted, PC is what many people do not have with the current health system configuration in the US. I already said that the uninsured usually don't have access to preventative care. That's a given. Currently the percentage of Americans without health insurance is at 16%. Who else doesn't have access to preventative care? Tenchusatsu

Wow. You are really out of touch. PC is what many people do not have with the current health system configuration in the US. I have tried to explain it to this ignoramus more than once. Obama care makes PC exempt from deductibles for everybody who has health insurance, which makes it much more likely that people will use it. My wife's plan converted last year and her premium didn't go up. He accuses me of using talking points but he is ill informed about just about everything. Republicans are terrified that the law will succeed so they obstruct, misinform, exaggerate, mislead...not this guy though...he just doesn't know much so he wings it. Al
