I want to say we bought it in the 15's(2010), it's been awhile. In reality the dividend growth has been great since the cut, nearly doubling.

Hi Ox -

Re: GE

I own it but still not sure how to value their Finance unit, their current exposure and if things are getting better in that division. I have always liked their other divisions and am very bullish on those parts. I guess I would like to see the Finance division shrink as a percentage of total sales. Maybe if that division is separated from the other divisions would be a better long term "value" approach for the company.

Have you looked at their Finance unit and is there enough transparency in their report to determine there risk exposure there and if their BV numbers even reflect the current state of affairs? I still do not trust the BV numbers the banks post and think they are still all over stated. Not too sure where GE stands here.
