Eric - glad we're ok. I don't want a circus here either. I have been playing the clown trying to stir up some dialog and get some analysis. William hammered me for some of my earlier comments, for which I apologized, though I they were in jest. I just got a William e:mail which I will post in total after this post. It addresses the benefit for the other company.

Out of curiosity, how long have you followed this company and for any particular reason. That's if you don't mind. What caught your eye about them? Another thing that interests me is electronics recycling. Is that recycling like scrounging parts for reuse? I always thought electronic components were obsolete in a few years max. Any insight, anybody?
Mike

Eric I keep on reading your posts and wonder why calling your certs is a bad idea. Some of the most respected authoritys have stated time and time again, the only way you can stop naked shorting and control your stock is to hold your certs... in the computer age we have made it to easy for brokerages to use your stock against you, calling for your certs is mearly a way to stop that from happening... I believe everyone here, unless they own there clearing house or brokerage, sign on the dotted line to let their broker use their stock... I'm not saying call you certs, I'm just saying its not goofy or foolish to do so.
