Ted, you're obviously on the side of that idiot judge because (a) she's a Democrat (even though most judges in Michigan are), and (b) she's trying to protect the unions.

So why don't you tell us what other recourse the city of Detroit has other than declaring bankruptcy. And no, begging Obama for another bailout isn't a valid recourse, despite what the judge is trying to do.
