Must have been a reason. Yeah, racism is the reason. Many American cities experienced white flight and experienced considerable damage because of it. Detroit suffered the worst. According to some of the stuff I read the flight should have helped the place. Help? How so? That makes no sense. What happened? Uh......whites are the majority rule and the most affluent members of this culture. When they abandon a city, it tends to go downhill because there are insufficient funds to run it.
