Thread, Re -- FIC makes the 2200 completely. Right, thus FIC must have their own inventory costs. FIC is Loosing money selling the junk to CPQ or CPQ is loosing money. Eitherway The 486GX is a failure. More than that CPQ is getting a bad reputation for being a cheap computer company, kind of like packard bell. This is really amusing. Stockman

Stockman is the antithesis of Investor A (Fuchi). While Stockman hates everything that is not Intel, Fuchi hates everything that IS Intel. Does anyone remember the old Star Trek episode where two brothers hated each other so much they would destroy the universe just to go at it? The only solution was to lock them in a portal between two universes where they could fight it out for eternity and do no harm to others... Now, if we could just lure Stockman in....<G> Jim... P.S.
