Archie P, Art C, and All, Interesting conversation going on. Personally I agree with Hraka on two fronts. #1. The financials are due out a week from tomorrow. I don't think that this Co. can afford to postpone again, so why not wait. #2. If this Co. is viable a further buy between .16 and .50 or even 1.00 will be extremely profitable in the long run. What we really need to do is verify some of this new he said/she said stuff. I have not been able to. Let me offer some silly food for thought on the financials. As near as I can figure there are approx. 28,000,000 shares out there. I think this is low but that is all I can verify. It is conceivable that they could show a positive EPS. IMO not likely but conceivable. Assuming that 28,000,000 shares is in the ballpark in order for them to have a positive EPS of .05 they would need to generate $1,400,000 in NET income. In order for them to generate an EPS of .01 they would need net income of $280,000. Question? Have they generated enough revenue to overcome their expense structure to produce a positive EPS? Any idea what their revenues were? Any idea what their expenses were? As we all know, a positive EPS is only one indication of the solidarity of a company. We must see the entire balance sheet before any judgement of performance can be made. Hence, my argument for waiting until the financials are published. Archie P, you may be taking a flyer on the most speculative investment of your life. That obviously is your decision. I hope this produces your next million, but we could not be called friends if we didn't give you are best .02 and that might be more than UMSI's worth. I hope not. Anyway all is well here in Packerland. 2nd straight Superbowl coming up. Regards, HG
