You know NYC has always been expensive. I know you say it used to be more affordable back in the day but for those of us who live outside, its always been very expensive. And that's not going to change.......probably ever.

Some people want to live in NYC so they make tradeoffs; others not so much. We all make tradeoffs where weI live..........I put up with 8 mos of gray and rain because there are other things I like here. No place will ever be perfect......IMO.


Here is the flip side. Can't say I blame them.
