I was part of a neighborhood watch program in the barrio of a major city Dear God, it's easier to imagine pubo a real doctor. Maybe he considered there being a hispanic in the neighborhood made it a barrio. Neighborhood watch may have meant peering out a crack in his drapes. And if he never had to call the police, why did he need to be in a neighborhood watch? What were they watching and why?
