Hi Peg

Nice job on calling the company!
I found a few items to tack onto your post, but I lost a couple somewhere, but will go now to find the articles. The first part of this is a repetition of the beginning of this thread, hope no one minds.

Affinity Technology makes
automated
transaction-processing systems
that enable financial services
customers to perform a wide
variety of operations without
human assistance. The young
company's first product is
Decisys/RT decisioning
technology. Its first application
is in making small consumer
loans based on information
entered at an ATM-like kiosk
called an Automated Loan
Machine. The system is able to
access multiple databases
(including credit history) and to
authorize and issue the loans.
Other uses include deposit
account transactions, credit
card approval, and mortgage
lending. Hewlett-Packard and
NCR make
Decisys/RT-compatible kiosks.
Clients include BANC ONE
and NationsBank.
