So, if we're talking about presidential candidates, essentially what you're saying is that an atheist candidate is more capable than one who has strong religious underpinnings?

Just because you subscribe to a particular religion does not mean you hold fast to every tenet....take a look at Nancy Pelosi....or the late Ted Kennedy.
