The information to date may be unsatisfactory but so is a supernatural explanation. So you can keep your faith in a non-existent natural explanation ... an imaginary explanation. You do identify what is the issue ... what is acceptable to you. She believes in them, diagnoses cancer with them, supports herself and her do nothing husband by taking money from gullible losers for charms and potions. And her husband believes it all or pretends to. After all, without her mumbo-jumbo business who's support him? Poor woman, she takes advantage of gullible women, then her husband takes her earnings and runs off to Las Vegas to gamble it away.
