But assuming for the sake of argument, it is reality, and you being the inquisitive soul you are, ask yourself, "Why?" Our system of governance is extremely bureaucratic, antiquated and needs serious revamping. The founding fathers' first vision has been superseded by 21st century realities....the word "conservative" implies rigidity steeped in a world gone by.
