The flaw in this strategy is that George Zimmerman has no money. Not to mention that he committed no offense against them.
O.J. Simpson's victims did just that and won big.

Trayvon Martin's family could very well sue Mr. Zimmerman in civil court and win a damages award under the lower "weight of evidence" standard of proof.
The evidence that was not allowed in, showing TM to be a wanna be thug, during the State trial will come out in a civil trial. I'm sure the Martin family lawyer will push the money angle.... lets hope they accept what happened and move on.

Anyone who saw the trial knows that GZ's defense team and the poor showing by the State proved his innocence beyond a reasonable doubt though it was not required.
