In Chicago, the majority of the black boys have dropped out of school by the 10th grade and joined gangs. In many cases, they don't have a choice........they are forced into it by their older peers. Now imagine what kind of job you can get with a 10th grade education in this country. Black schools are the worst of the worst in this country...........many don't have heat in winter, there are broken windows, leaky roofs, and virtually no equipment. Kids are ultra sensitive to their surroundings.........black kids get the message loud and clear...........they aren't good enough. I wish Republicans would do less worrying about welfare, public housing and food stamps, and pay more attention to what really matters. .
