Jim: We know one another from the Biox thread but let me answer your questions. As you know I am an anesthesiologist and not a family physician and the reason I heard this speaker was to listen to some potential speakers for our monthly hospital CME(cont. med. ed.) conference. I am on the education committee and I am too far removed from mainstream office based medicine to have contacts with university docs on the lecture circuit since I don't transfer or refer patients.All I can tell you is this individual is a practicing urologist in Columbus, Ohio who is in his late 40's or early 50's who seems to enjoy his work. Was he privy to research data, don't know; did he do any research, didn't say; is he a stockholder, probably; was he well read, sure sounded like it and he covered the gamut of options out there including suction devices, rings, clamps, and even the story of the man and his Sear's shop vac(you here Ibexx?) Of the lecturers present, he was the top of my list of three potential speakers and I will be calling him to see if he will travel the 50 miles to present this spring. If I do get a chance to speak with him personally, I will share additional findings with you. Do you have specific questions you wish answered? Aaron
