Good Evening Margaret,

Yes they are good eating but I just felt a little sorry for them when I saw their situation tonight. I guess you think that is a little weird?

What are you having for dinner tonight and can I come over?

Warm Regards
Frank

Margaret----- I am afraid it would be a scramble to see who would get the most of the lobsters. they are sooooo good with nothing except butter and a napkin.

Just a little health-related question. Would you dip the lobster meat in melted butter before you eat?

I have a partial answer to the question of Polyunsaturates Vs monounsaturates. You probably know this already. But I am going to state this for other thread members.
Essential fatty acids (Polyunsaturated FA)
1: Linoleic acid: Body can not make it. get it from food
2: Linolenic acid, derived from Linoleic acid; body can make it.
3: Arachidonic Acid, derived from Linoleic acid; body can make it.

The most important FA is Linoleic acid, because it can not be manufactured in the body and thus we need to take it from food.
Nutrionaly we need 2:1 ratio of Linolenic to Linleic acid. Since the body can convert Linoleic to Linolenic acid, the linoleic acid is the most essential fatty acid.

Olive oil has only about 9% of linoleic acid (compare Soy 51%); one needs a higher amount of olive oil intake to satisfy the body needs.
