So how do we get Congress to do it? Elect Democrats like Warren. That means Dems have to recapture all the state houses they've lost and then re gerry mander so they get win the House. A nearly impossible task. I don't disagree with you that its time to dismantle the largest financial institutions...........that would include Goldman Sachs too in my world view.............but I think we need to find a way to get Rs to cooperate in order to make it happen.
