Can't do. In the key states where that needs to be done, the Rs have a lock on the state legislatures.

Here in Florida we passed a voter initiative to amend the state constitution... not sure but don't think an election has taken place since, and I know the politicians are playing games. Status:

Hard part is that gerrymandering protects the Dem and Rep districts, regardless of who is in power in the state.
So finding power brokers to push it is hard. Many Dem incumbents were screaming bloody murder losing their 100% pure districts.
