Until there is a real effort to stop this cycle of poverty, it will continue until perpetuity.



And this is why I support ending welfare cold turkey going forward (kids on it continue to receive funding)

Only way to break the cycle.

No that's not the way to end the cycle.......but it would make Rs very happy.
