While I have disagreed with Rob on his options strategy, I'd have to agree that a spike to 18 on INS news would be amazing. Keep in mind this is much different than, say, recurring Sylvan earnings of the same magnitude, if they were to occur. We are probably starting to see the most significant effect of the INS to-be-contract, in the multiple buy recommendations now occurring and what may be the start of greater trading and a minor boost to the stock price -- I'd hope over 12.

If the stock went to 18 or 20 overnight it would surely subside quickly, too quickly to really help anyone but traders.

May 1996 !!

Ah,,,,I remember it well.( the TAX man cometh ! )
Comparator was the talk of the town. ( IDID ) and they were just about ready to unvail their super whiz bang fingerprint ID gizmo down in Atlanta, GA. ( it was a far more advanved ID widget than the folks from Sunnyvalle ever thought of developing and they claimed it would run circles around Randy's machine !
IDID was trading over one million shares/ day somewhere in that ballpark figure and low and behold IDX spiked to $ 18.75 with no news merely the hyperbole of the folks from IDID.
