What does progressive mean to you? More taxes? No, that's what progressive means to you. It's certainly not progressive enough for you or John. No services and bad roads. NC? Who says? NC was doing some very interesting things in terms of public education. Around the Raleigh Durham area, an important hi tech industry has developed. In Charlotte there is an substantial banking industry including the headquarters for BAC and Charlotte has invested pretty heavily in mass transit. Asheville is a very progressive city in the hills. A lot to like NC. Truth be told its one of the few places to which I would relocate in the South.
