Now that prices have dropped and rates are still low they could actually get in with a lot less risk. But flippers/investors with cash are beating them out. I'm seeing it more and more. Something comes on the market at a decent price and a bunch of Mercedes drivin' dudes with gold chains show up with cash and out bid someone that needs a house. Even WS has got involved which is a darn shame.
