Sounds interesting in theory.......let me know how it works out when you implement it. So Ted who is against this and why? Because I don't think that's the crux of the problem. Whites, esp conservative whites, love believing that blacks love, love welfare and if you get blacks off welfare, Jezus would come back to earth and part the Atlantic. Everybody sees things thru their own prism..........hardest thing to do is to take away the prism and see things clearly.
