Our gun laws represent our right to defend ourselves against criminals and against a tyrannical government. That is definitely something that adds to the greatness of this country. That is the major area we are not better than others...... Our healthcare system was once the greatest. But I expect it to become the worst now that Obama has his tentacles in it. You expect.....lolol!! Our schools could be make us great. All of the stats that say we are uneducated are skewed by immigrant populations and sub-cultures that don't value education. The fact that we have the largest economy in the world with the most successful companies shows that we either have the smartest or best educated people. "sub-cultures that don't value education." You mean like Tea bagging conservatives??? It is why indians and asians come here If Asians didn't come here or stay here with their PhD's, our high tech and medical industries would shrivel and become second tier.... Opportunity is what made the U.S. great. There is opportunity all over the world......and it's easy to see that China will soon become the major economic power in the world.....and if you can unwrap yourself from your flag you will see that..
