Larry's computer is actually above average for the population.
I agree with you to up the memory (just what MU wants to hear)
The biggest improvement I did on my 133 was up the cache to 512K
Quite remarkable.

There are two camps out there that have solutions to improve your
performance. 1) Up the processor (Intel's wish) 2) Up ALL the memory
(Memory manufacturers wish)
Right now which is cheaper?

A friend of mine bought a $350 motherboard that allows 1Meg of cache.
He simply replaced the motherboard put his 133 Pentium in it and 32Meg
of RAM and it is a FAST machine. As cheap as SRAMs are now I'm
surprised the OEMs aren't upping the cache. Hey MUEI! are you
listening?

Remember that Windows 95 wastes any memory above 64Meg and there are
no apps out there that really need a PII (another waste of money)
