What I posted seems to have gone right past you. I talked about ROI in educating these kids. You post back your prejudice thoughts where you say these mothers produce criminals. This prejudice in your thinking is the cause of your confused thinking. It happened with the "issue of village" where you initially ridiculed it but now acknowledge that it helped Bill and Barack. So how about applying that village concept to those kids who live in projects and helping those single parents raise citizens of tomorrow that will be involved in erase rich to find new drugs to take care of us in old age instead of spending our SS money to incarcerate them.
