MCO boosts dividend payout by 12%

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

On December 17, 2013, the Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation ( MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share of MCO Common Stock, a 12 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2014.
