NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NSH) -NYSE - Started a position in NSH @ $22.00/share

Analyst meeting yesterday for NuStar Energy L.P. (NS) on the status of recent asset sales and the reduction of debt. I guess they did not like what they heard but no mention in the transcript of a distribution cut. Coverage is still high (over 1) but company continues to cut costs and/or have some other assets yet to sell.

As you recall, NS receives most of their income from their NSH distributions. I believe the market is over doing the selling so I started a small position and will add more shares on 10% sell offs. NS is investing in more storage systems in the Eagle Ford (over $200Mln) so if/when there may be any cut in distributions, I suspect it will be for a limited period until these new assets begin to add to current revenue streams.

Paul Senior may be interested in this MLP as it is not only at a 52wk low but near/at a 210 wk low (4 years). Lots of good assets and debt getting paid down. Risk/reward looks good especially w/ Baken growth.
