We need a constitutional amendment. The cost of new regulation will be tax deductible. That would slow down the regulations.

The Regulatory State is driving us into the ground.


This permeates every industry as well - medical, finance, energy, transportation etc. all of the new costs area hindrance to hiring and expansion. Instead of expanding your business, additional capital is devoured by compliance...
