And yet, they come here instead of staying in their own country. Why is that They come for grad school....and most, I think, would stay. But the conservative anti-immigration crowd is putting up huge barriers....so they return and are helping China's hi tech industry thrive... No, I mean like liberals who force inner city minorities to go to public schools that are more like holding pens for criminals than they are places of learning. Stupid comment..... China has a negative net migration rate. More people are leaving than staying. Why is that? China has about 1.2 billion people and has been very concerned about population growth for decades, hence, the one child per couple rule.... "more leaving than staying".....lol 1.2 billion leaving????
