Greg and Brumar have way too much skin in the game now to ever admit the bible is a fabrication plus they're too old. Greg is still trying to make up for the lost decade where he wandered around in a drugged out fog and now he claims he didn't inhale. I can accept their position based on the above but what is a little hard to take is them pretending they care about others when clearly all they care about is themselves.

They both hold positions of privilege in power in their respective flocks and can lord it up over others. If they quit now no one would bow and curtsey to them

The bible was written and codified over centuries starting as fireside tales that got bigger and bigger then with the invention of writing they were cast in stone so to speak in their respective languages. The fireside tales stayed that way for centuries until the advent of another tale about a carpenter came along. Learned scholars have shown this to also be a bit of a fabrication because the majority of his crew lived several hundred years after he was put to death. The religious authority of the day the Roman Catholic Church took control of the book and the translation with several edits that included additions to the original text ironed out several of the glaring inconsistencies. For centuries the message was passed on with the authority of the Catholic Church behind it until new interpretations came along with the Protestant Reformation.

Perhaps there is a little nucleus of the story somewhere about the life and times of the real carpenter.
