I think you'll be OK holding both:

If this offering was cut short because they have all the money they need it's probably because sales have picked up much more than expected. If sales and revenues are up, stock price goes up.

If this offering was cut short because of the way it was heading and they got enough near term cash to terminate it, warrants may be extended to make up for it at a later date.

Either way, Speedy becomes a happy buckaroo in Spring of 1998!
