No, it's not mistaken.Nor is the concept of irreducible complexity. It's just heretical according to your religious beliefs Those long held intuitions & inferences drawn from my own experience prima facie as it turns out are supported & mirrored completely by Dr Francis Collins with respect to emerging complexity & evolution. If superstition & ignorance comes along re~emerging & masquerading as science again like this theory of irreducible complexity, you could choose to be honest for once, admit this, but would require knowledge of the subject you've only pretended to have. Dr Collins explains why IC started showing cracks as soon as it was proposed & for me its refreshing to know the world's foremost DNA researcher (& Theist) was unwilling to compromise his position, remain objective to the subject & not fall into temptation to peddle 'dope information'.
