I did not see a story with AJG except good fundamentals and a potential upside in US economy, which is still doubtful. its going to be slow and i don;t know what the trickle affect will be.

Maybe i am making assumptions. So i might just ask you, why did you invest in the stock, besides the fact that you liked it and according to you it has decent fundamentals?
OK, we both agree it has good fundamentals. Here you go:

Low debt ratio to market cap.

CAGR 5 year analyst compound growth rate above S & P 500.

Payout ratio has decreased by almost 50% due to strong cash flow.

AJG has been very profitable during lean economic times. Any recovery is a plus. It's acquisition strategy has been mostly targeted to their risk assessment division. This is basically consulting which is a low cost money maker. AJG is number five so far this year in acquisitions among publicly traded companies. Don't think you know who the top four are.

P and C may be boring to you but they lead the list in a early economic recovery and AJG has the healthcare bill as a kicker.

So you made me do all the work. You lazy guy!
